1. For each question or race, vote only once unless otherwise instructed.

   2. To vote for or against a measure, or to vote for a candidate, fill in the      oval next to your choice.
   3. To vote for a declared write-in candidate, fill in the oval next to the          write-in space, and print the name of the declared write-in candidate.

   4. Use the pen provided by the election workers to completely darken        the oval. (see diagram, below)


   5. When you have completed your ballot insert it into the voting machine.

   6. If you mark your ballot in error or tear it, return the ballot to an election    worker and request a new one.
